Not having a clear vision and strategy fot the workplace. Too often, business leaders try to create an attractive work environment by pursuing a set of cool ideas like setting up a dazzling lounge area with a pool table and bean bags, and installing trendy artwork.

Five inspiring speakers worldwide took the stage, sharing their expertise and personal experiences with workplace design. Their presentations explored themes ranging from manifesting innovation to design with a people-centric approach. This year’s speakers included:

VP Operations,
LEGO, Denmark

SR. Workplace Strategy Manager,
Tenant & Partner, Sweden

Director of Change Management, Philips, The Netherlands

Chief Brand & HR Officer, SIP d.d., Slovenia

WP Strategist & Change Manager, Workplace Unlimited, UK

I was especially intrigued by the diverse perspectives our fantastic speakers brought. Every year, I find myself captivated by the stories and lessons they share. Often, I find myself perplexed and fascinated, thinking,

Of course! This seems like common sense. How had I not considered this solution for my workspace?

And that’s exactly what WDC is all about!

Stay tuned as I dive into these ideas in the upcoming posts. Till next time! 😉

About the Venue

This year’s conference was hosted in a unique venue – the new SIP Experience Center, designed by Kragelj Architects. SIP has long been a leader in its field, and with this new center, the company’s HQ, is more than just a workspace

It is a powerful communication tool, allowing potential customers, employees, and the public to understand SIP’s identity, values, and vision. Kragelj’s design aligns seamlessly with SIP’s goals, providing maximally flexible yet efficient spaces that will grow with the company, adapting easily to changing needs.

The SIP Experience Center is now a powerful branding asset, influencing employee well-being, and motivation, and bringing desired shifts in organizational culture. Its design not only connects departments and improves communication, but also supports multimedia presentations at the highest level.

The architecture and layout create an inspiring business environment and open the door to new ways of working and evolving as an organization, making it the perfect venue for this year’s WDC, where actions speak louder than words.
