We are looking for: Architect / Architectural Designer with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our team in Ljubljana.

Your Role:
Work on projects in all phases: from initial research and defining project goals and strategies, to test-fit analyses, conceptual design, and final design solutions.
Collaborate with various experts within our internal and extended project teams.
Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, details, and specifications.
Develop and coordinate project timelines.
Create graphic presentations for client meetings.
Prepare final plans, material selections, and other specifications required for construction.
Ensure quality control of submitted documents and delivered services.
Lead and coordinate project execution, scheduling, and budgeting.
Build relationships with suppliers of modern materials and products, and with other project partners.
Work closely with consultants, contractors, representatives, and distributors essential to achieving project goals.
Continuously invest in your professional development and acquire new skills and knowledge.
Your Qualifications:
University degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master of Architecture) or another relevant design discipline (interior design, etc.).
Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience.
On-site construction experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in CAD software.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and visualization software to communicate design ideas effectively.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, motivated, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, consistent, adaptable, and committed to quality.
Advanced written and spoken English skills.
Valid driver’s license (Category B).
