We are excited to announce the Slovenia Workplace Survey 2020, going live on Wednesday, September 2. The online questionnaire will be open until Tuesday, September 22, 2020.
The questions explore a range of factors associated with employee performance and experience, including the work location, physical environment and technology as well as work focus, communication and social connections.
We expect that this research will provide a clear picture of the state of the workplace in Slovenia, and what organizations can do to support the wellbeing and performance of their people. These insights will be highly valuable for adapting the workplace to the world after the covid measures and developing strategies for a smooth and efficient transition to future ways of working.
Over 2,000 Slovenian companies from all major industries are invited to participate in the survey. The sample is representative and will enable a full analysis of the state of the work environments in Slovenia.
All organizations that will encourage the participation of their employees in the survey, will receive a free final report with the results of the survey, presented by industry, demographics and other metrics.

We would very much appreciate if you invite your colleagues and teams to participate. We’re looking to hear from anyone who worked in their employer’s office at least part-time before the Covid measures. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete, and all responses will remain anonymous.
Also, all individual respondents have a chance to enter a prize draw for (four (4) free tickets to the annual Workplace Design Conference which will be held on October 1, 2020, at the Brdo Congress Center (or live streaming). Just leave your email at the last step in the questionnaire.
