Located near the Slovenian border, just steps from the Adriatic Sea, four homes have been built on a private estate along Croatia’s serene coastline. Each house is designed with its own private swimming pool, terrace, and parking, ensuring both comfort and seclusion. Though the beach and road are just a short distance away, the elevated stone foundation provides privacy from passing onlookers.
The thoughtful layout of the neighborhood allows for uninterrupted sea views from the terraces and the living areas of each residence. The conceptual design of the exterior landscape and the detailed interior of the homes create a balance between luxury and nature.
Inside, the homes reflect the Mediterranean’s timeless charm.
